Grace pulls us to understand God’s Word as the ultimate authority in our lives. His word is our compass, our foundation, and the light that helps show us where to walk. As we grow in an understanding of His grace, it draws us deeper into His revealed truth. John 1:1-14, Romans 7:19-25
Grace leads us to know God personally, not merely to know about Him. Jesus models for us a consistent life of withdrawing and seeking out moments where our attention is turned intentionally toward Him and away from distraction.
As recipients of His Grace, God calls us to share His goodness with the world. When that goodness is shared, we understand His mission for us during our time here.
In our life with Christ, our ultimate motive is grace. Because of Christ’s sacrifice for us, we are drawn into a new kind of life. Both His sacrifice for us and His desire for us to live a new kind of life reveal His deep love for us as His children. (Titus 2)
